Belarusian companies eager to advance cooperation in mechanical engineering with Kazakhstan

MINSK – A Belarusian delegation including Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kazakhstan Pavel Utyupin, MTZ Director General Vitaly Vovk, and heads of a number of Belarusian industrial enterprises visited Kostanay Oblast, Kazakhstan on 15-16 November, the Belarusian embassy in Kazakhstan told BelTA.

A meeting with Kostanay Oblast Governor Arkhimed Mukhambetov was arranged as part of the visit. The sides discussed future cooperation in mechanical engineering, in particular, the realization of a project to make driver's cabs for tractors and other components of agricultural machines.

Apart from that, the delegation visited the mechanical engineering plant MTZ-Kazakhstan to discuss results of the enterprise's work and progress in manufacturing tractors with the enterprise's management.
